DemiLuxe Pro Fire Protection Ltd provides fire door installation, maintenance, inspections, passive fire protection, ironmongery fitting, and emergency call-out services across the UK.


2. Use of Our Website

  • You must be at least 18 years old to use our website or request services.

  • You agree not to misuse our website, attempt unauthorised access, or engage in unlawful activity.

  • Content on our website (text, images, logos) is protected by copyright and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.


3. Services & Quotes

  • All services are subject to availability and site assessment.

  • Quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.

  • Prices may vary depending on site conditions, compliance requirements, and scope of work.

  • Emergency call-outs are charged at premium rates.


4. Payments

  • Payment terms will be agreed upon before services begin.

  • Invoices must be paid within the specified due date.

  • Late payments may result in service suspension and interest charges under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts Act.


5. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Cancellations must be made in writing at least 48 hours before the scheduled work.

  • Short-notice cancellations may incur charges to cover allocated labour and materials.

  • Emergency call-out cancellations are non-refundable once a technician is dispatched.


6. Compliance & Client Responsibilities

  • We deliver all work in line with UK fire safety regulations.

  • Clients are responsible for providing safe site access and accurate property details.

  • We are not liable for compliance failures caused by client-provided materials or modifications made without our knowledge.


7. Liability

  • We hold Public Liability Insurance (£5m), Employers’ Liability, and Professional Indemnity Insurance.

  • While we take every precaution, we are not liable for:

    • Indirect or consequential losses (e.g., business interruption).

    • Delays outside our control (e.g., supply chain issues, extreme weather).

  • Our total liability will not exceed the value of the contracted services.


8. Warranties

  • Fire doors, hardware, and materials are installed according to manufacturer specifications and UK standards.

  • Any warranties on materials are provided by the manufacturer.

  • Maintenance must be carried out as recommended; failure to do so may void warranties.


9. Termination of Services

We reserve the right to terminate services if:

  • Payment terms are not met.

  • The client breaches these Terms of Service.

  • Unsafe or non-compliant conditions prevent work.


10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be handled by the courts of England and Wales.


11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with the “Last Updated” date.
